I've ordered from Ownkoti twice now, and the sizing has been consistent both times. One top was a little loose, but it wasn't anything I couldn't still wear. Overall, I can't say I'm not happy with it. Just make sure to check the size chart and you should be good.

The exchange took a bit longer than I expected, but i’d rather wait and get the right item than just settle for something that didn’t work for me. It was sorted out without too much hassle in the end, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered from ownkoti.com and was surprised by how fast everything moved. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package arrived just a few days later. No problems at all. Really happy with how smooth and quick the shipping was

I’ve washed it a few times now and it still looks good. Kinda surprised me, honestly.

I ordered a few things from ownkoti.com because the clothes looked really cute, and they do look nice in person too. But the sizing just... didn’t really work for me. I checked the size chart before ordering, so I thought I was good, but some areas were too tight while other parts felt weirdly loose.

It’s not like it was a total disaster or anything, just kind of frustrating. Maybe it’s the cut of the clothes, or maybe I should’ve gone up a size, I’m not sure. If I order again, I’d probably size up just to be safe.

I ordered this because the pics made it look like a soft beige, but in person it’s way more yellow/cream. The quality is fiiine, not awful or anything, but the color just doesn’t work with my room at all. Kinda bummed because that was literally the main reason I picked it. Shipping was totally fine though.

The site kept freezing on me, and my cart emptied twice, which was annoying. I tried to check out and pay, but after dealing with it for a while, I just gave up.

I liked the product overall but I wish the material details were easier to understand. I had to guess a bit before ordering and that made the whole thing feel less clear than it should have

I placed my order weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for it to arrive?! No update, no package, nothing. Frustrating experience.

It feels soft enough, but I don’t know, after just one wash it seemed thinner than I was expecting. Not terrible, just not quite what I hoped for.

I ordered from Ownkoti and ended up having to reach out to customer service about my package. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days each time, which was frustrating. The replies were helpful enough in the end, but I didn’t always know what I was supposed to do next or how long I should wait, so the whole process felt a little unclear. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of average and slower than I would’ve liked.

It looks nice on, like i said, but it’s just not that comfy. The fabric felt fine at first, but after wearing it for a bit, it started getting kind of scratchy. The fit was a little stiff too, so like i said, not really something I’d want to relax or lounge around in.

I’ve been browsing Ownkoti the clothes have such a nice cozy vibe?? Some pieces are more my style than others, but I do like that the designs feel a little different from the usual stuff. Overall, it’s a fun site to look through and I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from ownkoti it was a fair deal for what I got. The items look nice and feel a bit better than I was expecting. Shipping did take a little bit, but nothing too crazy or annoying. For the price, I’m happy with it and I’d prob buy from them again.

Overall, it was a fine experience. I ordered a quilt cover, and once the tracking started updating, it was easy to follow. It did take a little while to show anything at first, but customer service got back to me when I asked, and after that the tracking emails were clear enough. No major complaints.

I returned my order a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. I’ve contacted support a few times, but I keep getting different excuses and no real update. It’s frustrating at this point, and I really just want this resolved...

I’ll be honest, I assumed the return was going to be a hassle right away, but it was actually straightforward. I used my real return experience here, and overall it went about as smoothly as I could’ve hoped.

I’ll give credit where it’s due — my order from Ownkoti was packed really well. The box felt sturdy, and nothing was sliding around or getting tossed inside, which I always appreciate because that’s usually where stuff gets damaged.
The items were wrapped neatly without feeling excessive, so it didn’t seem wasteful either. Everything arrived with no dents or broken corners, and overall it felt like someone actually took the time to pack it properly.

Most of my order came exactly as expected, so I was happy with that. One item showed up in the wrong color, which isn’t a huge deal, but it was still kind of annoying since I picked that color for a reason. Overall I’m satisfied, but also a little disappointed.

I purchased lounge wear after seeing the product on social media.  Unfortunately, I did not research the company enough.  My item took time to arrive and when it did I noticed how small it was.  But, it is not worth it to return as the large size runs more like a small.  The fabric is not soft. It is okay but to sleep in the size is just too uncomfortable.  The extra large would be maybe like a medium.   I am uhappy I got scammed as overpaid for such poor quality which means I will not use.  I do not recommend anything from this company as cannot imagine their is integrity at any level from them.
